"A Friendly Workplace with Open Communication" YUTA SEGAWA Crane Operator | Joined in April 2019: Q1 When have you felt a sense of fulfillment in this job?

I operate a crane truck at construction sites across Toyama Prefecture. The work is incredibly interesting, and the more experience I gain, the more my skills improve. I felt a great sense of fulfillment when I successfully completed work at a particularly challenging site.
In a residential area with steep slopes and overhead power lines, the conditions were tough. But by fully utilizing my operating skills, I completed the job without any accidents. In that moment, I thought, "I've really improved."

Q2 Can you describe the workplace atmosphere?

The senior operators are all very friendly. If I ever have questions or face challenges, they are always kind and willing to teach me. I think anyone can feel comfortable joining our team!
At construction sites, I interact with professionals from various trades. Even when working at a new site, the company has established relationships, so communication flows smoothly.

Q3 Do you have a message for future colleagues?

If you’re interested in operating cranes and want to develop a valuable skill, this is the job for you! While earning the required certifications can be challenging, once you have them, you can work with pride. I encourage you to take on the challenge and give it a try!
