Q2 Can you describe the workplace atmosphere?

It’s incredibly friendly, and everyone is kind. If there’s something I don’t know or something new, my seniors are always there to guide me. I was nervous at first, but with their thorough support, I could work with peace of mind. We even share jokes during breaks, making it a very comfortable workplace.

Q3 What skills or growth have you gained from this job?

This job constantly reminds me that “some things can’t be done alone.” On-site, we collaborate with many people, which has taught me the importance of communication and teamwork. Additionally, adapting to different situations at each site has naturally helped me develop quick decision-making skills and a strong safety mindset. These skills are valuable in any line of work.
